To begin with this software is free and very versatile, so the support on this is based on a forum community support system. I have been using this software for almost a month now and am very impressed with it. It has dozens of features that enhance the operation of DX'ing and radio control. The log book is incredible and uses the QRZ.com license information to fill in blocks for your log book.

The only downside of this program is the lack of being able to access the scripting and being able to change the cat commands needed to correct function issues when controlling a rig. It is not guaranteed that all functions will work. As it was explained to me the software used to write this program is proprietary and can not be distributed without a license so user adjustments are out of the question.

Still as a whole this can be a very desirable tool for Amateur Radio and one can tell by the quality of the program itself it was constructed by professionals. One unique feature of this software is when a new version is developed you just install it right over the top of the old one retaining all of your information.
